These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by Altitude Leads LLC (“Altitude Leads,” “we,” “us” or “our”) and of the services we offer through it. By using the website, submitting a form or buying leads, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

The website

This website provides information about Altitude Leads and its lead products, and lets licensed insurance agents buy leads. It is owned and operated by Altitude Leads LLC.

Eligibility

Our lead products are sold only to licensed insurance agents, agencies and organizations. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You agree that the information you give us, including your license details, is accurate and kept up to date, and we may verify it before or after a purchase.

Lead purchases

Prices, lead ages and whether a lead is exclusive or shared are shown before you pay. Aged leads may have been sold before. Leads are sold for your own use in contacting consumers about insurance products you are licensed to sell, and may not be resold or transferred without our written permission.

You are responsible for how you contact consumers, including compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, federal and state Do Not Call rules, and all state insurance and licensing laws.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

Altitude Leads LLC (“Altitude Leads”) offers text messages to licensed insurance agents and other business customers who opt in on our website forms.

• Marketing messages may include special offers, promotions, new lead inventory and pricing updates.
• Non-marketing messages may include account notifications, order and delivery confirmations, lead delivery alerts, appointment reminders and replies to your support requests.

You opt in by checking the matching box on one of our forms and submitting your mobile number. The boxes are never checked for you, and you can agree to one type of message without the other. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

To stop messages, reply STOP to any message. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or STOPALL. We will send one message confirming that you have opted out, and then no further messages unless you opt in again.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

We handle your mobile information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images and software, is owned by or licensed to Altitude Leads LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publish or transmit any of it without our written permission. Altitude Leads and our logo are our trademarks. Nothing on the website grants you a license to use them. We may enforce our rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee any particular sales results from the leads you buy.

Limitation of liability and indemnity

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Altitude Leads LLC, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS AND CONTENT PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Altitude Leads LLC and its owners, employees and contractors from any claims, losses, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the website or our leads, your contact with consumers, or your breach of these Terms or of any law.
